Superintendent Pharmacist

Phil is our Superintendent Pharmacist, having been with Pharmacy2U since 2000. He has played a key role in the company’s growth into the UK’s largest online pharmacy and currently oversees clinical compliance across the entire Pharmacy2U group.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr Seyan is a GP who joined Pharmacy2U in 2025 as its Chief Medical Officer. Kieran has a strong background in digital healthcare and currently oversees governance, operations, and clinical care for our Online Doctor service.

Deputy Superintendent Pharmacist

Duncan is our Deputy Superintendent Pharmacist, joining Pharmacy2U in 2019. He is responsible for ensuring the highest professional and clinical standards are upheld across all areas of the organisation, supporting safe and effective care for every patient.

Veterinary Operations Director

Phil joined the Pharmacy2U team in 2024 as our Veterinary Operations Director. He leads the company’s Pet Health strategy, focusing on improving animal well-being through our pet services and supporting pet owners in their ongoing care.

Veterinary Services Director

Neil is Pharmacy2U’s Veterinary Services Director in which he spearheads the company’s Pet Health strategy with a clear mission: to deliver the best possible experience for customers and their pets.

Associate Medical Director – Clinical Innovation

Dr Dutt is Pharmacy2U’s Clinical Innovation Lead. She joined in 2025 and helps to shape the future of digital healthcare by leading the design and development of our digital consultations.

Director of Medical Technology

Dr. Taguri is the Director of Medical Technology at Pharmacy2U, having initially joined the Lloyds Pharmacy Online Doctor clinical team in 2011. She leads the team that designs and builds medical technology solutions tailored for digital consultations.

Associate Medical Director - Clinical Governance

Dr. Patel is an Associate Medical Director responsible for clinical governance at Pharmacy2U, having initially joined the Lloyds Pharmacy Online Doctor team in 2020. He couples his work with being a local GP in Hertfordshire.

Director of Clinical Pathways

Sarah is the Director of Clinical Pathways at Pharmacy2U and works within our Medical Services team to make patient-centric, integrated healthcare accessible to all and empower patients to take greater control of their health.

Digital Services Pharmacist

Paidamoyo is a Digital Services Pharmacist who joined Pharmacy2U in December 2023. She supports patients through our NHS services, such as Pharmacy First, New Medicine Service, Discharge Medicines Service, and Contraception Service.

Digital Services Pharmacist

Sophie joined the Pharmacy2U team in 2024 as a Digital Services Pharmacist. She supports our patients by helping to deliver our NHS services, including the New Medicine Service and Contraception Service.

Digital Services Pharmacist

Faiza is a Digital Services Pharmacist who joined Pharmacy2U in April 2024. She supports patients by delivering our range of NHS services, including Pharmacy First, the Contraception Service, and the New Medicine Service.

Services Pharmacist

Ramona joined Pharmacy2U in June 2024 as a Services Pharmacist. She helps to deliver our NHS services, such as Pharmacy First, New Medicine Service, Discharge Medicines Service, and Contraception Service, while also supporting our Professional Standards team.

Professional Standards Pharmacist

Daniel has been a pharmacist in our Professional Standards Team since joining Pharmacy2U in February 2024. He helps to uphold the company’s professional reputation and ensure patient safety by maintaining the highest standards across the company.

Head of Quality and Governance Professional Standards

Kieran joined Pharmacy2U in October 2024. He works behind the scenes to review Pharmacy2U’s processes and content, ensuring our quality of care remains consistently high across the company.

Beccy is our Services Pharmacist, having joined Pharmacy2U in 2023. She is central in providing accessible, patient-focused NHS services, like the New Medicines Service, Pharmacy Contraception Service, Discharge Medicines Service, and NHS Pharmacy First.

Clinical Pharmacist

Fryda joined Pharmacy2U in March 2025 as a Clinical Pharmacist. She is dedicated to ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care, with a strong focus on clinical accuracy and patient safety.

Digital Services Pharmacist

Hana is a Digital Services Pharmacist who joined Pharmacy2U in December 2024. Her role involves carrying out a range of our NHS services, including the New Medicines Service, Pharmacy Contraception Service, Discharge Medicines Service, and Pharmacy First.

Clinical Pharmacist

Farah Mohammed is a Clinical Pharmacist who joined Pharmacy2U in 2023. She ensures the clinical accuracy of all NHS and private prescriptions to keep patients safe. Farah works closely with doctors and the wider healthcare team to support the safe and effective supply of medicines.

Professional Standards Pharmacist

Augustina is a Professional Standards Pharmacist at Pharmacy2U, having initially joined the LloydsDirect team in 2021. She helps maintain regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards of patient safety throughout the entire company.
