Meet our expert clinical team

Introducing the expert clinical team behind our range of healthcare services who uphold the highest clinical standards across everything we do.

Professional Standards team

Our Professional Services team exists to ensure we uphold the highest clinical standards in everything we do. The team supports all departments to deliver safe and effective care to our patients, providing expert guidance and advice in full compliance with regulatory healthcare bodies.

Online Doctor team

Our team of Online Doctor clinicians put our patients in control by supporting them to find solutions to a range of health concerns. Patients can access clinical expertise seven days a week to achieve goals including losing weight, improving sexual wellbeing, and reversing hair loss caused by male pattern baldness.

Digital Services team

Our Digital Services team supports our patients to take control of their healthcare in a way that works for them. They deliver NHS services including Pharmacy First, contraception supply and delivery, and advice and support when starting a new medicine.

Pet Health team

Our clinical veterinary team ensures we uphold the same exceptional standards for our pet patients as we do for our human patients. Their mission is to deliver premium care for pets through safe, affordable and accessible prescribing of veterinary medicines.
