How it works

Visit our Pet Health site

Simply browse and select your pet medicine or product and add it to your basket.

Checkout review

If your medicine requires a vet prescription, you’ll need to make sure you have one from your vet, which you then simply scan and upload a copy of when you checkout, for our pharmacists to review.

Pharmacists check

The pharmacists will check and review the prescription and product for approval before dispensing.

Your pet medicine is delivered

Choose your delivery option, and your order is checked, processed and delivered within 1-2 working days.

*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs and therefore Royal Mail is not offered as a delivery option. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
