Our ED Combo Pack combines 3 popular and effective medicines to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). The pack includes:
4x Sildenafil 50mg tablets. Take 1 tablet 1 hour before sex and the medicine lasts up to 4 hours.
4x Cialis 10mg tablets. Take 1 tablet at least 30 minutes before sex and the medicine lasts up to 36 hours.
4x Spedra 100mg tablets. Take 1 tablet 15-30 minutes before sex and the medicine lasts up to 4 hours.
With 3 different treatments, you'll be able to try each one and see which works best for you. Each medicine starts working at different times and lasts for different periods. You might find that all are effective, just in different situations depending on your needs.
How does the ED Combo Pack work?
Although there are differences between the 3 medicines in the pack, they all enhance blood flow to the penis. This helps you achieve better erections when you're sexually aroused.
You should bear in mind they will not address the underlying physical cause of your ED or increase your sexual desire.
Is the ED Combo Pack an effective ED treatment?
Clinical studies show these treatments have different success rates. If one treatment does not work for you, another could well be effective.

Like any medicine, the ED Combo Pack may have some side effects. These can include:

Frequently asked questions
The treatments in this ED Combo Pack come in standard strengths that work for most men. Depending on your age, build, and the severity of your ED, you might benefit from a different dose. Your dosage will not affect how quickly the treatment works or how long it lasts.
Your answers during the consultation help us prescribe the most suitable treatment and strength for you, but remember:
Never take more than 1 tablet within 24 hours.
Limit alcohol to 1-2 units when taking these medications as it may reduce effectiveness.
Avoid grapefruit juice for 24 hours before taking Spedra.
We'll provide full usage instructions for each treatment.
These ED treatments are not suitable if you're taking nicorandil or nitrates such as GTN spray or isosorbide mononitrate tablets for angina.
If you're taking alpha-blockers (such as doxazosin or tamsulosin), our clinicians will not prescribe the ED Combo Pack because Cialis cannot be taken with these medications. You might try Sildenafil, Spedra or Vardenafil, which are safe to take 6 hours after taking alpha-blockers.
It's essential to tell us about all your medications, including prescription, over-the-counter, and recreational substances, so we can prescribe safely.
