Deirdre Burns

Executive Chairperson | Pharmacy2U Group

Deirdre’s extensive experience in business leadership, coupled with her pharmacy qualifications, makes her uniquely placed to help steer our business. As Executive Chairperson, Deirdre works to ensure that our objectives are achieved by overseeing the implementation of a progressive business strategy centred around patient choice and care. Deirdre’s previous roles include CEO and Chairperson of Medivet, and Executive Directorships in Walgreens Boots Alliance and EE. She also has an impressive non-executive portfolio, working predominantly with private equity-backed companies in the healthcare, pharmacy and travel sectors.

Kevin Heath

Chief Executive Officer | Pharmacy2U Group

Kevin joined Pharmacy2U in 2022 following a successful career in leadership with the Walgreens Boots Alliance. The roles he held there included Commercial Trading Director, Vice President and Executive Board Director, meaning he brings substantial experience in domestic and international consumer pharmacy.

Gary Dannatt

Chief of Staff | Pharmacy2U Group

Gary is Pharmacy2U’s Chief of Staff after initially joining us as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in July 2016. He’s a chartered accountant with vast experience across a range of sectors, having worked in senior financial and operational roles for Ernst & Young, Citibank and Oracle. Gary’s passion and expertise sits within venture capital-backed businesses such as the energy comparison site Simply Switch and Scoot – the online business services platform – where he was previously a director.

Ana Ciubotaru

Chief Operations Officer | Pharmacy2U Group

Ana joined the team as Chief Operating Officer after fulfilling a range of leadership roles at LloydsDirect, including Pharmacy Team Lead, Head of Fulfilment & Clinical Operations and Operations Director. With a clinical background as a registered pharmacist, combined with her diverse leadership skills, Ana is able to play a key role in driving Pharmacy2U’s vision forward.

Scott Fawcett

Chief Financial Officer | Pharmacy2U Group

Scott has extensive commercial finance experience, having held a senior role at global accountancy firm PwC for over 10 years. Before joining Pharmacy2U in 2020, Scott worked for national healthcare provider The Priory Group – overseeing forecasting and financial compliance. As part of the Pharmacy2U leadership team, Scott works closely with the other senior managers to drive forward our growth and development.

Glyn Williams

Chief Marketing Officer | Pharmacy2U Group

Glyn is our Chief Marketing Officer, leading the strategic direction and execution of brand strategy and communications, and ensuring a compelling and consistent brand presence across every channel. With a strong emphasis on customer growth, Glyn champions innovative campaigns, initiatives and retention strategies that deepen engagement and maximise lifetime value. Drawing on extensive expertise in digital transformation, Glyn oversees the end-to-end digital experience across all touchpoints, crafting seamless and personalised interactions that boost brand loyalty and drive conversion. By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering cross-functional collaboration, Glyn consistently delivers measurable improvements in brand equity, customer acquisition, retention and overall marketing ROI – positioning the company as a market leader in a highly competitive landscape.

Laura Turnbull

Chief People Officer | Pharmacy2U Group

Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to our executive team, with over 15 years’ experience in the health tech and retail sectors. Laura is most passionate about fostering a culture of inclusivity where colleagues feel supported to be themselves and do their best work – showing that our people are our biggest asset. Having successfully led businesses through periods of significant change both in the UK and across the APAC region, Laura is well-equipped to provide direction and stability to our teams as we continue to grow and evolve.

Phil Day

Superintendent Pharmacist | Pharmacy2U Group

Phil is our Superintendent Pharmacist, responsible for safety, clinical governance and professional standards within the business. He studied pharmacy at Nottingham University and gained a postgraduate qualification in independent prescribing. As well as his role within Pharmacy2U, Phil sits on the board of the Company Chemists’ Association and is a member of the Community Pharmacy England committee. Phil is a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (reg no 2043558).

Jo Graham

Chief Digital Information Officer | Pharmacy2U Group

Jo leads our technology team as Chief Digital and Information Officer, partnering with Pharmacy2U’s wider business to deliver our mission to be the world-leading digital healthcare provider. Jo brings a wealth of experience from a range of sectors including financial services, fashion, FMCG, healthcare and beauty.
