Get all the information you need on Pharmacy2U’s wide range of delivery options. We deliver across the UK with a range of fast and flexible services, including tracked 24 hour and 48 hour, as well as Click & Collect. 

NHS Prescriptions

NHS prescriptions are delivered for free by Royal Mail services. The method of delivery depends upon the type of medicine you are having delivered:

Standard medicines

Most medicines can be safely delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48. These items are suitable for letterbox delivery too, so you don’t need to be home to receive them. You can also nominate a safe place with Royal Mail if you’d prefer the postman to leave your prescription in a chosen location. You’ll find more information on nominating a safe place on the Royal Mail website.

Refrigerated medicines

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to get your refrigerated items to you as quickly as possible. They’re kept cool using special materials during the journey, ready for you to pop them in the fridge when they arrive at your chosen address. Don’t worry if you won’t be home to transfer them straightaway, our temperature-controlled packaging means they’ll be kept cool for up to 72 hours from being dispatched.

Controlled medicines

Some medicines have extra regulations that require us to deliver them in a different way. For items this applies to, we’ll need you to sign for your delivery to receive it. We’ll share your 2-hour delivery slot on the day that it’s due to arrive. If your medicine is in this category, we’ll let you know when we send your order dispatch email.

Consumer Health or Pet Health Products

EVRI UK Tracked 48 Hour Delivery

  

  • £2.99 for EVRI’s standard 48-hour service on orders under £30, delivered within 2 working days from order dispatch

  • Free standard 48-hour delivery service when you spend £30 or more (£2.99 for orders under £30)  

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (no deliveries on weekends & bank holidays)

  • Order by 8pm Sunday to Friday for same day dispatch – terms and conditions apply, please see below 

  • Pharmacy-approved items will only be dispatched after approval

  • EVRI delivery not available for pet prescription medication

EVRI UK Tracked 24 Hour Delivery

 

  • £5.09 for UK Next Working Day service  

  • Orders placed before 8pm from Sunday to Friday will be dispatched same-day and delivered the next day - terms and conditions apply, please see below

  • Orders placed after 8pm on Fridays and anytime on Saturdays or Sundays will be delivered on Monday

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)  

  • Pharmacy-approved items will only be dispatched after approval and delivered the next working day  

  • All orders can be tracked from dispatch to delivery from your account dashboard and by using a tracking code which will be emailed to you 

  • EVRI delivery not available for pet prescription medication

EVRI Click & Collect Tracked 48 Hour Delivery

  • £3.00 for EVRI’s standard Click & Collect service, delivered within 2 working days from order dispatch

  • Free standard Click & Collect delivery service when you spend £30 or more (£2.99 for orders under £30) 

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (no deliveries on weekends and bank holidays)  

  • Order by 8pm from Sunday to Friday for same-day dispatch – terms and conditions apply, please see below  

  • Pharmacy-approved items will only be dispatched after approval

  • EVRI delivery not available for pet prescription medication 

  • You have 10 days to collect your order once it has arrived at your chosen location

  • If you don't collect your order within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund the order amount back to the payment method you used to place the order

EVRI Click & Collect Tracked 24 Hour Delivery

 

  • £3.49 for UK Next Working Day Service  

  • Orders placed before 8pm from Sunday to Friday will be dispatched same-day and delivered the next day  - terms and conditions apply, please see below 

  • Orders placed after 8pm on Friday and anytime on Saturdays and Sundays  will be delivered on Monday  

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)  

  • Pharmacy-approved items will only be dispatched after approval and delivered the next day  

  • All orders can be tracked from dispatch to delivery from your account dashboard and by using a tracking code which will be emailed to you 

  • EVRI delivery not available for pet prescription medication

  • You have 10 days to collect your order once it has arrived at your chosen location

Royal Mail Tracked 48-Hour Delivery

 

  • £3.49 for the standard Royal Mail Tracked service on orders under £30, delivered within 2 working days from order dispatch

  • Free when you spend £30 or more (£3.49 for orders under £30)   

  • Order by 8pm Sunday to Friday for same day dispatch – terms and conditions apply,  please see below   

  • Delivered Monday to Friday (no deliveries on weekends & bank holidays)   

  • Pharmacy-approved items will only be dispatched after approval 

Royal Mail Tracked 24-Hour Delivery

 

  • £5.49 for UK Next Working Day service (£6.25 for cold-chain items) 

  • Orders placed before 8pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched same-day and be delivered the next day - terms and conditions apply, please see below  

  • Orders placed after 8pm on Fridays and anytime on Saturdays or Sundays will be delivered on Tuesday

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)   

  • Pharmacy-approved items will only be dispatched after approval and delivered the next working day (subject to stock availability) 

  • All orders can be tracked from dispatch to delivery in your account dashboard and by using a tracking code which will be emailed to you   

Third-Party Supplied Pet Health Products

 

  • Dispatched within 2 working days 

  • Free when you spend £30 (£2.99 for orders under £30) 

  • Delivered Monday to Friday (no deliveries on weekends and bank holidays) 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Postage and packing fees will be added to the cost of the items in your basket and will depend both on the total cost of your order and which delivery option you choose, where applicable

  • The postage and packaging fees that you will pay will be displayed on screen before you confirm your order

  • All orders are dispatched subject to Pharmacy2U successfully receiving payment 

  • For all products delivered directly by Pharmacy2U there are up to six delivery options available to customers, provided by either EVRI or Royal Mail

  • Orders containing pet prescription medication are sent by Royal Mail only 

  • Products containing cold-chain items are sent by either EVRI Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 services. Please note that we are unable to deliver cold-chain products to certain postcodes; you will be notified of these restricted postcodes

  • You will be notified if any of the Pet Health products you order will be delivered by a trusted third party-supplier when you visit the checkout page

  • The delivery options available are relevant to the items in the basket and will be visible when you enter the checkout page 

  • A responsible adult aged 18 or over must be available to sign for delivery of pet prescription medication; medicines cannot be left in a “safe place” with a neighbour or at a ParcelShop

  • There are restrictions on certain items, such as flammable products and aerosols, as well as on the weight/size of certain items, which may result in not all delivery options being provided 

  • All quoted timescales exclude bank and public holidays and are indicative only; we are not liable for delay where it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but in any event we will deliver your goods within 30 days of contract formation or issue a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and you should tell us of any damage or shortage within 48 hours so that we can assist you. Our estimated delivery dates are aligned to the delivery option you select and we will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with that, however delivery timescales are indicative only 

  • Orders may be delivered in one or more packages 

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses 

  • We are unable to deliver Veterinary Medicinal Products to Northern Ireland

  • There are geographical restrictions or impact on the following services: 

  • EVRI Tracked 24-Hour Delivery is offered to most mainland UK postcodes but is not offered for delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and the courier’s remote-area postcodes, which are listed on the EVRI website and updated from time- to-time. Depending on the location, contents, and weight of your order, we may use a combination of couriers to deliver your order safely. For example, it's required that aerosols are delivered via a road-based courier. This is a requirement of the January 2013 Dangerous Goods Act, introduced by the Civil Aviation Authority. You will not be charged additional delivery fees if this occurs

Pharmacy (P-line) Orders

  • All P-line items require our Pharmacy team's approval before we can deliver it to you 

  • Our Pharmacy team may need to ask you additional questions, recommend an alternative treatment or cancel your request on medical grounds 

  • Depending on the outcome of approval, dispensing your order may be delayed, however, you will be kept informed throughout this process 

Tracking the Status of Your Order

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your Pharmacy2U account. 

Once logged in, you can click 'View My Orders' and you will see that your order will have been given one of the following notes: 

  • Order received: Confirming that your order has been successfully received by Pharmacy2U.co.uk and will shortly be ready for processing 

  • Order suspended: Your order is still being processed but our team will need to review it before we can confirm dispatch 

  • Order being processed: Your order is now being processed and will be dispatched shortly 

  • Order cancelled: Unfortunately we cannot progress your order due to an outstanding issue. You will be sent an email notification regarding the cancellation, advising on next steps. You can speak to our Customer Care team on 0121 541 1800 or by sending a message on one of the options from our contact page 

  • Order dispatched / Track Parcel: Your order has now been dispatched and is on its way to you

Deliveries Outside the UK

  • Due to unforeseen and ongoing disruptions, we are currently unable to guarantee delivery fulfilment times

  • Delivery charges to Europe will vary depending on the weight, contents and destination of your order 

  • Delivery is typically within 5 to 10 working days following dispatch, but if your order contains sensitive items such as aerosols which require road-based delivery then it's typically 15 to 20 days 

  • We can now ship road-based delivery goods to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland 

  • We can only deliver prescription items to addresses within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland [inc. islands], Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man) 

  • Unfortunately, prescription items cannot be sent to non-UK destinations, including the Channel Islands. We are also unable to send pregnancy tests to France 

  • Delivery charges are dependent on the location, size and weight of your order and are shown at the checkout 

  • Delivery is typically 5 to 15 days from dispatch and all prices are shown include V.A.T., but where applicable V.A.T will be deducted at the checkout 

  • All prices shown are exclusive of taxes which will be applied in checkout 

  • Certain weight and product restrictions apply 

  • Sadly, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses

Online Doctor Treatments

We’ve partnered with Royal Mail to deliver your treatment quickly and discreetly across the UK.All parcels arrive in plain, unbranded packaging, so your privacy is always protected.

Weight Loss Pens (GLP-1)

Weight loss pens are sent in temperature-controlled packaging to make sure they reach you in perfect condition.A free sharps bin can be optionally included so you can safely dispose of used needles.

    Orders approved before 5pm Monday to Friday are delivered the next day.Orders approved before midday on Saturday or Sunday arrive on Sunday and Monday respectively.
