Get all the information you need on Pharmacy2U’s wide range of delivery options. We deliver across the UK with a range of fast and flexible services, including tracked 24 hour and 48 hour, as well as Click & Collect.  

EVRI UK Tracked 48 Hour Service 

 £2.99 for the standard service, delivered within 2 working days from dispatch of order 

  • Free when you spend £30 (3.00 for orders under £30)

  • Delivered Monday to Friday (no deliveries on weekends and bank holidays) 

  • Order by 8pm Sunday to Friday for same day dispatch – terms and conditions apply, please see below 

EVRI UK Tracked 24 Hour Delivery

  • £5.09 for UK Next Working Day service

  • Sunday to Friday orders placed before 8pm will be delivered the next day 

  • Orders placed after 8pm on Fridays will be delivered on Monday 

  • Weekend orders will be delivered on Monday 

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays) 

  • Order by 8pm Sunday to Friday for same-day dispatch - terms and conditions apply, please see below 

  • Pharmacy-approved items will be dispatched once approved and delivered the next working day 

  • All orders can be tracked from dispatched to delivery and a tracking code will be emailed to you 

EVRI Click & Collect Tracked 48 Hour Delivery

  • £3.00 for standard service, delivered within 2 working days from dispatch of order 

  • Free standard delivery for orders over £30

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (no deliveries on weekends and bank holidays) 

  • Order by 8pm from Sunday to Friday for same-day dispatch – terms and conditions apply, please see below

  • Once your order arrives at your chosen location, you have 10 days to collect it 

  • If you haven’t collected your order within 10 days it will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund the order amount back to the payment method you used to place the order

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • All orders are dispatched subject to us successfully receiving payment 

  • There are four delivery options available to customers, provided by Evri 

  • The options available are relevant to the items in the basket will be visible as you enter the checkout page 

  • There are restrictions on certain items, such as flammable products and aerosols, as well as on the weight/size of certain items that may result in not all delivery options being provided 

  • Our estimated delivery dates exclude bank holidays and other public holidays 

  • Our estimated delivery dates are aligned to the delivery option you select and we will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with that, however delivery timescales are indicative only 

  • Orders may be delivered in one or more packages 

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses 

  • There are geographical restrictions or impact on the following services: 

  • Evri Next Day delivery Tracked 24 hour services are only available in the UK and exclude the following postcodes: AB, B78, BN1, BT, CA6, CA8, CB4, CV8, CV35, DD, DG, EH36, EH41, EH42, FK17-21, G12, G833, G84, GL6, GL7, GY1-10, HS, IM1-9, IM99, IP11, IV, JE1-4, KA6, KA27, KA28, KW, LN5-6, ME8-10, NE66-71, OX18, PA, PH, RH6, RH10, RH11, TD, TR, WF1-4. YO26, and ZE 

  • Depending on the location, contents and weight of your order, we may use a combination of couriers to deliver your order safely, e.g. it's required that aerosols are delivered via a road-based courier. This is a requirement of the January 2013 Dangerous Goods Act, introduced by the Civil Aviation Authority. You will not be charged additional delivery fees if this occurs 

  • We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated dispatch timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors 

  • We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days or a full refund will be issued

Pharmacy (P-line) Orders

  • All P-line items require our Pharmacy team's approval before we can deliver it to you 

  • Our Pharmacy team may need to ask you additional questions, recommend an alternative treatment or cancel your request on medical grounds 

  • Depending on the outcome of approval, dispensing your order may be delayed, however, you will be kept informed throughout this process 

Tracking the Status of Your Order

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your Pharmacy2U account. 

Once logged in, you can click 'View My Orders' and you will see that your order will have been given one of the following notes: 

  • Order received: Confirming that your order has been successfully received by Pharmacy2U.co.uk and will shortly be ready for processing 

  • Order suspended: Your order is still being processed but our team will need to review it before we can confirm dispatch 

  • Order being processed: Your order is now being processed and will be dispatched shortly 

  • Order cancelled: Unfortunately we cannot progress your order due to an outstanding issue. You will be sent an email notification regarding the cancellation, advising on next steps. You can speak to our Customer Care team on 0121 541 1800 or by sending a message on one of the options from our contact page 

  • Order dispatched / Track Parcel: Your order has now been dispatched and is on its way to you 

Deliveries Outside the UK

  • Due to unforeseen and ongoing disruptions, we are currently unable to guarantee delivery fulfilment times.

  • Delivery charges to Europe will vary depending on the weight, contents and destination of your order 

  • Delivery is typically within 5 to 10 working days following dispatch, but if your order contains sensitive items such as aerosols which require road-based delivery then it's typically 15 to 20 days 

  • We can now ship road-based delivery goods to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland 

  • We can only deliver prescription items to addresses within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland [inc. islands], Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man) 

  • Unfortunately, prescription items cannot be sent to non-UK destinations, including the Channel Islands. We are also unable to send pregnancy tests to France 

  • Delivery charges are dependent on the location, size and weight of your order and are shown at the checkout 

  • Delivery is typically 5 to 15 days from dispatch and all prices are shown include V.A.T., but where applicable V.A.T will be deducted at the checkout 

  • All prices shown are exclusive of taxes which will be applied in checkout 

  • Certain weight and product restrictions apply 

  • Sadly, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses 

Pharmacy2U Online Doctor Delivery Information

Partnering with Royal Mail, we deliver across the UK with a range of fast reliable services, offering discreet delivery of weight loss pens and other treatments. All orders are shipped in plain packaging without branding or labels.

Weight Loss GLP-1 Pens

These are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive at the correct temperature. A sharps bin is included for free to store needles and other sharps material until it can be disposed of safely.

Royal Mail signed-for

£6.25 for orders placed and approved before 3pm from Monday to Friday will be delivered next day (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays).
