Dr Gigi Taguri joined Pharmacy2U in 2024, following the acquisition of Lloyds Pharmacy, having initially joined the latter’s Online Doctor clinical team in 2011. She completed her medical training at the Royal Free and University College Medical School before achieving a second degree in Immunology. She worked in several London hospitals, particularly enjoying emergency medicine and sexual health, before joining Lloyds Pharmacy.
As Director of Medical Technology, she leads the team that designs and builds medical technology solutions tailored for digital consultations. She has a particular interest in digital healthcare, specifically in shaping clinical UX and UI design that delivers safe, effective, and easy-to-use healthcare solutions. Away from the pharmacy world, Dr Taguri has a passion for yoga and is drawn to the strength and stillness of inversions, especially headstands and handstands.
