Tell us about yourself, your health history, and any treatment preferences so our clinician can make an informed decision about the next steps. If you’re unsure which treatment you’d prefer, our clinician will recommend the best option.

Our clinician responds

When our clinician has reviewed your consultation, they’ll contact you with any further questions before confirming a recommended course of treatment. Your conversation with the clinician will be in your personal health dashboard.

You’ll hear from the clinician within 24 hours, although this can be much sooner.

Confirm your treatment

If you agree with the treatment recommendation our clinician has approved for your condition, you’ll confirm this ready for it to be prescribed, and then dispensed and dispatched by Pharmacy2U.  

Payment and delivery

If our clinician prescribes for you, there will be an associated cost as this is a private service. This can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal, or Google Pay. Once we’ve received payment, your item will be dispatched and delivered using one of our trusted, tracked courier services.

Your aftercare

For certain conditions, we’ll reach out shortly after your treatment’s been prescribed to check how you’re getting on. We’ll also provide helpful information and advice. In addition, our team is always on hand to provide help and support.

Reorder requests

If your treatment is appropriate for a repeat course, you can request a repeat prescription by logging in and confirming your health information.

Our clinician will then review your details and, if approved and prescribed, allow you to re-order your treatment. If it’s not appropriate, we’ll recommend steps you can take next.
