How the service works

Start your online consultation

Tell us about yourself, your health history, and your treatment preferences so our clinician can assess which treatment is most suitable for you. If you don't have a preferred treatment, the clinician will recommend the best option.

Our clinician responds

We'll contact you by text or email and prompt you to log in to your account when our clinician has reviewed your questionnaire and responded.

This will be within 24 hours but can be much quicker.

Order your treatment

If you're happy to accept the treatment our clinician has approved for your condition, they'll issue a prescription ready for us to dispense and dispatch.

Payment and delivery

We'll take payment using the card details you've provided when we dispatch your medicine. If you're using PayPal, we're required to take payment upfront. We'll send your prescribed treatment using next-day delivery in discreet packaging.

Your aftercare

If you experience any side effects when taking your medication, get in touch as soon as possible so we can advise you on what to do.

Reorder requests

Need another course of treatment? You can request a repeat prescription by logging in, reviewing your consultation, and confirming your information hasn't changed.

Our doctor will then review and if approved, you can re-order your treatment.
