What's happening with my order? 

You can track your order anytime, anywhere through your personal dashboard located in ‘My Account’. Here’s what to expect when you visit your dashboard.

    Your prescription request is with your GP for approval.

    Your GP has sent your prescription to us to check and dispense.

    Our clinical team is checking your prescription, ready to dispense it.

    Our pharmacy team is expertly packing your prescription items ready to get them on their way to you.

    Royal Mail has collected your order ready for delivery via its Tracked service.

So what if my order contains an item that’s delayed?

We will:

  • Let you know which item's delayed

  • Give you the option to split your order

  • Send your other items straight away

  • Keep you informed about the progress of your delayed item

We will:

  • Contact you directly if we need to check something

  • Reach out to your GP if it’s a query they can answer

  • Keep you informed about your estimated dispatch date

What if I need my prescription sooner?

We will:

  • Make sure our service works around you

  • Give you the option to collect your prescription at a local pharmacy

  • Send you a code for the pharmacy you've chosen to dispense your prescription

And if I need to request my prescription earlier than usual?

We will:

  • Accommodate early requests to fit your schedule

  • Let you choose a reason for ordering early and inform your GP

  • Make sure it’s processed in plenty of time for when you need it

Lastly, what if I’m not home when my delivery’s due?

We will:

  • Give you the option to track and divert your parcel through Royal Mail

  • Enable you to rearrange your delivery day if you need to

  • Where possible, deliver your prescription through your letterbox

    I order my medication online from the drs it goes straight through to Pharmacy2U they confirm they have received it and it is sent out for delivery. With emails keeping me informed of its status all along the way.

    I get reminders when I need to order. It is easy to order and I get updates to let me know how my order is progressing. Within a very short time it is put out for delivery. It is then up to Royal Mail to post it through my letterbox.
