Introducing the Pharmacy2U Weight Management app

Roczen is a clinician-led app-based programme to help people with weight management or type 2 diabetes. It offers 1-to-1 support with a clinician who helps shape a tailored care plan with you, while also providing a range of helpful information and features, from articles and recipes to weight and measurement tracking and peer support groups. Used by the NHS, it is CQC‑regulated and designed to help patients on a weight loss journey, improve metabolic health, and reverse chronic conditions through structured, evidence‑based care.

Roczen is a healthcare provider operated by Roczen Ltd (Company No. 13251035), registered at One Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7WS. Roczen Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reset Health Limited (Company No. 12111885). Roczen is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of healthcare services in England (Location ID: 1-27389236869).

The Pharmacy2U Weight Management app has been developed in close collaboration between Pharmacy2U clinicians and our specialist partners at Roczen. Together, we’ve created a supportive, easy‑to‑use app designed to help you on your weight management journey.

The app is a Pharmacy2U branded version of the Roczen platform, offering the same core functionality and features. Where clinically appropriate, you can request weight management treatment through the Pharmacy2U portal as part of the clinical process.

All clinical services within the app continue to be delivered solely by Roczen’s qualified clinicians, while Pharmacy2U provides the patient experience within the app. Roczen clinicians meet all requirements set by their professional bodies and adhere to all relevant professional standards and remote prescribing guidance.

This partnership brings together Pharmacy2U’s recognised digital healthcare expertise with Roczen’s experience in weight management, designed to support safe, high‑quality care throughout your journey.

During your next weight loss consultation with Pharmacy2U Online Doctor, you’ll be asked if you’d like to join Roczen.

• If you consent, you’ll be enrolled and will be sent instructions on how to download the app and register

• If you decline, you can continue your consultation and associated weight loss plan as usual

The Pharmacy2U Weight Management app powered by Roczen is offered for free to certain Online Doctor weight loss patients who have completed a successful consultation and have given their consent during that process. We recommend that you complete your registration and onboarding within 14 days of receiving your invitation. 

You can contact Roczen directly to request to be withdrawn from the Pharmacy2U Weight Management app and related programme:

3. Select “Send us a message”

To get the most out of the Pharmacy2U Weight Management app, it’s recommended that you follow the programme for at least 6 months as this is a long-term commitment to changing lifestyle habits alongside any weight loss treatment that has been agreed with a clinician.

You must have completed a successful Online Doctor consultation to access the app and programme. 

If you consent to joining the programme, the following information will be shared with Roczen: 

• Medication information 

• First and last name 

• Mobile number 

• Date of birth 

Please make sure your phone number in your Pharmacy2U account is correct before your next Online Doctor consultation, as this is the number that will be shared with Roczen so that they can send you information on how to download the app and set up your profile. 

You should send us a message from your Online Doctor inbox in your Account Dashboard.

You need to visit your Account Dashboard to update your phone number:

• Go to 'Account'

• Go to 'Patient Details'

• Update the number in the 'Mobile Number' box

• Click 'Save changes'
