Augustina Vasilachi is a Professional Standards Pharmacist at Pharmacy2U, having initially joined the LloydsDirect team back in 2021 as an Incidents & Quality Coordinator.
A graduate of the Dunarea de Jos University of Galați in Romania, Augustina’s role is vitally important, as she maintains the company’s regulatory compliance procedures and upholds the highest standards of patient safety. Throughout her work, she aims to foster continuous improvement and promote best practice across all of our pharmacy services.
