Dr Neelam Bains

Dr Neelam Bains joined Pharmacy2U in 2025 as part of the Online Doctor clinical team. She completed her medical training at St George’s, University of London, where she also earned a degree in Biomedical Science. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within the digital healthcare space.
She couples her role at Pharmacy2U with her work as a GP in Bedfordshire. She holds a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and is certified by the International Menopause Society, reflecting her particular interest in women’s health and lifestyle medicine.
Outside of the clinical world, she is an avid traveller and finds balance by spending quality time with her family and walking her dogs.
