<li>Apply suncreams at least 20 minutes before exposure to the sun.</li>
<li>Re-apply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling.</li>
<li>The recommended application is 6 teaspoons (30 ml) per whole body application.</li>
<li>Reducing this quantity will lower the level of protection significantly.</li>
<li>Avoid contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs discontinue use.</li>
