Swallow tablets whole with water with or after food. Start taking the tablets as soon as the period pain starts. On the first day take two tablets then take one tablet 6 to 8 hours later if needed. of required on the second and third day, take one tablet every to 8 curs. Do not take more than 3 tablets a day.
