How to use The Eye Doctor Premium Antibacterial Hot Eye Compress

Heating the Compress:

Microwave: Heat the compress in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, depending on your microwave power.
Always check the temperature by touching the inside of your wrist before applying it to your eyes.
Oven: Remove the inner bag from its cover and heat it in a preheated oven at 150C 300F for 7-10 minutes. After heating, place the inner bag back into the outer cover.

Applying the Compress:

Place the heated compress over your closed eyes.
Adjust the strap around your head for comfort.
Relax and leave the compress on for 7-10 minutes.

Massaging the Eyelids:

After using the compress, gently massage your eyelids to help expel any secretions from the eye glands.
Use the tip of your index or middle finger to massage along each eyelid.

Cleaning and Storage:

Remove the inner bag and wash the outer cover by hand in warm water.
Do not use detergents.
Ensure the outer cover is completely dry before reusing it.
Store the compress in its travel pouch to keep it clean and dry.
