The Eye Doctor Essential Antibacterial, Reusable Hot and Cold Eye Compress

I never received the product. It was sent to my old address despite me updating it before I made the order and changing it to my default address. Customer care said they were “unable” to cancel the order or resend since apparently it was my fault and I should have done more to ensure it came to the new address (like what?). Great customer care. Thanks
