Adults and children, 18 years of age and older, should use this solution once a day after brushing teeth.
Vigorously swish 10 millilitres (2 teaspoons full) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute, then spit out.
Do not swallow the rinse.
Avoid eating or drinking anything for 30 minutes after rinsing.
