How to use TensCare Form

Before starting, read the user manual to understand the devices functions, settings, and safety instructions
Make sure the device is charged before use.
Attach the electrodes: Ensure the electrodes are attached to the body and the stimulator is connected to the electrodes. If the electrodes dont stick to the body, the hydrogels may need to be replaced.
Increase intensity: If the intensity isnt strong enough, try increasing it.
Use the right position: You can use the device in any position, but some people find it more comfortable to lie in bed or recline on a sofa with their knees slightly drawn.
Use reusable hydrogels: The reusable hydrogels can last for 1020 applications before needing to be replaced. Replacement electrodes are available in packs of three.

Precautions to consider before using TensCare Form

Do not use if you have a heart pacemaker, or if you have a heart rhythm problem or with any electronic medical devices. Using this unit with electronic medical devices may cause erroneous operation of the device. Electrical stimulation in the direct vicinity of an implanted device may affect some models.
Do not use during the first three months of pregnancy. It is not known whether EMS may affect foetal development.
Do not use on the abdomen in the later stages of pregnancy. Stop using immediately if you experience unexpected contractions.
