Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1% w/v delivering 0.14 ml per application

Contains Benzalkonium chloride solution, Disodium edetate, Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Ddihydrate, Sodium Monohydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Sodium chloride, Sorbitol solution, 70% Non crystalline, Purified water.

How to use Sudafed Blocked Nose Spray

For nasal use.
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 1 spray into each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily.
Do not give to children under 12 years old. Do not use more than 3 doses in 24 hours.
Remove the plastic cap, insert nozzle into the nostril.
Depress the pump by placing the fingers on either side of the nozzle.
At the same time, breathe in deeply through the nose.
Repeat for the other nostril.
Sudafed Blocked Nose Spray with Xylometazoline hydrochloride, works in minutes to help clear blocked noses and relieve sinus pressure caused by colds and hayfever.
The metered spray gives an exact dose that lasts for up to 10 hours.
Do not use for more than 5 consecutive days

Precautions to consider before using Sudafed Blocked Nose Spray

Only use this medicine for a short time and to help with your symptom. Do not use for more than 5 consecutive days
Always follow the instructions on the packaging and Patient Information Leaflet which comes with the medicine, do not exceed the daily recommended dose and take note of the minimum time interval between doses.
Do not use alongside other oral and nasal forms of medicines used to treat a blocked nose, such as pseudoephedrine, phenylephrine or ephedrine

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you are taking any other medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not store above 25C.

Using this medicine for longer than the recommended duration can make your symptoms worse, your nose may become blocked again, and you may get other problems such as runny nose, sneezing, itching and irritation or your body can stop responding to the medicine.

Contact your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after 5 days, if you have been using for longer than recommended or if you experience ongoing congestion, irritation, sneezing, or a runny nose.
