Sterimar Sinusitis Very Blocked Nose Nasal Spray 50ml

I'm currently dealing with rebound congestion. Used Vicks basal spray on and off for about 8 years. Recently my symptoms became much much worse. I even went to A&E at 7am one morning in desperation as I couldn't breathe through my nose at all. I've used the normal sterimar congestion spray but it didn't do much. This arrived today and it completely cleared both nostrils. Had the same effect as the 'bad' decongestant sprays. Looks like a real game changer. There was always something left in my nose but today the whole lot came out straight away. I've had 3 solid hours this afternoon feeling completely clear. It's amazing. Early days I know but I am.now feeling very hopeful that I can come off the Vicks for good.
