Open the foil packet to find the whitening strips. Please note, the longer strip is for the top teeth and the shorter one is for the bottom teeth.
Ensure your teeth are dry.
Apply the strips to your teeth. Keep them on for up to 60 minutes.
Avoid eating or drinking during this period.
After 60 minutes, remove the strips and brush your teeth as normal.
