Really helps to muffle my husband's snoring so l can get some sleep.

I started using Quies during a 3 month stay in hospital (wards are noisy places at any time of day).That was 25 years ago and I still use them. They may take a few days to get used to but if you persevere you will realize just how good they are. They are not cheap but they are much more effective than foam or silicone rubber plugs. Richard
