Still waiting for my refund despite evri attempting to deliver the return items to them several times. They don't seem to be proactive at all, despite my request for them to contact evri and finalise the delivery. Just leaving me in limbo despite me providing full tracking details stating the attempts they have made trying to deliver. They have absolute proof of me returning the parcel and therefore they should be honorable in processing my refund.
