An excellent product that gives both body fat and visceral fat measurements and then calculates your BMI. Far more useful than simply knowing your weight given that muscle weighs more than fat. If you also doing weights at the gym extra then you will be increasing in weight but not necessarily(hopefully) fat and this scale will make that clear.
