How to use O.R.S:For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water, and drink.3-6 years: Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips.Sports Exercise: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise.Once prepared, use O.R.S solution within 8 hours, 24 hours if refrigerated.

Tablets should be stored below 25C, away from heat and moisture. Keep out of the sight and reach of young children. Keep the tube tightly closed.
