How to use Nutramigen 3 LGG Hypoallergenic Formula Vanilla Flavour from 1 Year Onwards 400g

Important notice:Breast milk is the best nutrition for babies. The decision to discontinue breastfeeding may be difficult to reverse and the introduction of partial bottle-feeding may reduce breast milk supply. Nutramigen 3 LGG is suitable for toddlers from 1 year onwards. It is intended for the dietary management of cows milk allergy and should be part of a varied diet. Toddlers fed with this formula may produce frequent loose stools of a greenish colour. Nutramigen 3 LGG must be used under medical supervision. Consult your healthcare professional regarding the addition of suitable food to your toddlers diet.Feeding guidelines, unless your healthcare professional advises you otherwise. Use the chart below for the correct amounts of boiled water and powder.Age: 1 year, Bottles or cups/24h: 2, Water ml: 210, scoops: 7, Average ml of feeding: 230Only use scoop in can to measure powder. 1 level scoop 4.5 g to each 30 ml of water. Do not press powder into scoop and level off with the back of a clean and dry knife.Instructions for preparation and use:1. Wash hands and clean preparation area thoroughly. Clean bottles, teats, caps, cups and utensils in water at least 10 minutes at a rolling boil.2. Boil fresh water. As soon as possible, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle/cup and cap. Cool down to room temperature. Do not use softened water.3. On a clean surface add required number of level scoops of powder see feeding guidelines. Store dry scoop in the can.4. Close bottle, roll and shake well until powder dissolves completely. For cup, mix until smooth. Check temperature on the inside of your wrist.5. Once prepared, formula can spoil quickly. Feed immediately after preparation or cover and store in a refrigerator at 2-4C for no longer than total of 24 hours. Do not freeze prepared formula and do not use if unrefrigerated for more than a total of 2 hours. Use formula that has been in contact with childs mouth within 1 hour and do not refrigerate. Throw away prepared formula left in bottle/cup.
