I've been smoking for 30 years its been 2 weeks since I started using the inhalator and patches. Its going very well I don't have the urge to smoke. The big test was going out with friends for a drink. As some smokers know it goes hand in hand to want to smoke too. Well I passed the test. It helps that I still have the hand to mouth action. I don't miss standing in the cold to smoke I've also made a big saving to my pocket I didn't go down the vaping route but the biggest thing is me think about my health. I recommend this to anyone that is ready to stop smoking. I did receive mixed reviews from people that have tried this method but I say try it for yourself as we are all different people. For those of you complaining about the cost of the inhalator and cartridge I explained to my doctor that I wanted to stop smoking they issued a prescription and I get them from the chemist (source: https://www.nicorette.co.uk)

I like the product and has helped me give up better than any other quit smoking product however I feel there should be flavours because the taste of nicotine is quite vile (ironically I feel more vile than actual cigarettes) If there was flavours I would pick this over vapes any day and would rate this 5 star instead of 4 (source: https://www.nicorette.co.uk)
