How to use Neilmed Sinugator Pulsating Nasal Wash with 30 Sachets

Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
Fill the Sinugator reservoir with distilled, micro-filtered, or boiled and cooled water up to the marked fill line.
Add one Premixed Sachet to the water and dissolve completely by gently shaking the unit.
Lean forward over a sink, keeping mouth open, and breathe normally through your mouth.
Insert the soft nasal tip into one nostril. Turn on the unit and allow the rinse to flow in one side and out the other. Repeat for the other nostril.
After each use, turn the unit off and clean, then dry the unit, tip, and reservoir.
