<li>This test can be used to screen for Helicobacter pylori H.pylori antigens in a stool sample, which can lead to stomach ulcers, based on a simple home self-test.</li>
<li>It has been designed by experts to qualitatively detect Helicobacter pylori H.pylori antigens in stools, giving you a positive or negative result for their presence.</li>
<li>For accurate H. Pylori testing, it is recommended to stop taking proton pump inhibitors PPIs, like omeprazole, for 2 weeks, and antibiotics for 4 weeks, before the test. Testing is for screening purposes only.</li>
<li>Whilst a positive result will give you a good indication of having had an infection of this bacteria, youll need a secondary analytical test or consultation with a healthcare professional to confirm the status of your bowel health.</li>
