Absolutely appalled with this purchase. I received a completely different item to the one I ordered, which meant I didn’t have the aftershave I wanted to give for Father’s Day. To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue immediately, I’ve been told they need to “investigate” before deciding whether I’m entitled to a refund. When a retailer sends the wrong product, customers shouldn’t be left waiting and worrying about getting their money back. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
