How to use HealthpointHeat Aid Direct to Skin Pad 2 Pack

Open the sachet and remove the heat pad. Do not cut the heat pad.
Peel away the paper strips from both ends on the back of the heat pad.
Apply the adhesive side of the heat pad directly to the skin of the desired area. The heat pad will activate upon contact with air and warm up slowly, reaching full temperature after 20-30 minutes.
