How to use Cuprofen Maximum Strength Tablets 400mg 24 Tablets

DosageFor oral administration.To be taken preferably after food.For adults and children adolescents between 12 and 18 years:Initial dose: 1 Tablet to be taken with water.The initial dose may be followed by further doses of 1 tablet every four hours. Maximum daily dose - Three tablets in 24 hours.

Not suitable for children under 12 years.If in children, adolescents and adults this medicinal product is required for more than 3 days, or if symptoms worsen a doctor should be consulted.WARNING: DO NOT TAKE MORE MEDICINE THAN THE LABEL TELLS YOU TORead the enclosed leaflet before taking this product.Do not take if you:- have or have had two or more episodes of a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding- are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredient of the product, aspirin or other related painkillers- are taking other NSAID painkillers, or aspirin with a daily dose above 75mgSpeak to a pharmacist or your doctor before taking if you:- have or have had asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, a stroke, heart, liver, kidney, stomach or bowel problems or are dehydrated.- are a smoker- are pregnantIf symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor.KEEP OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDRENContains LactoseSee Leaflet for further information
