This was an opportunity to test the product and discover the correct size, which for me was size 1, the smallest. I already knew that the actual placement is vital if this device is going to support the urethra, as I already had discovered this I knew to place the device no more than half way up the vagina. The advice is to to use a water based lotion around the entrance to the vagina to make it possible to insert the device. I would say it is almost impossible to insert initially without generous amounts. One is also told to insert the device when it is front to back rather than side to side. Once correctly inserted in the best location this stopped all leaks during the day. Definitely would recommend after some 20 years of searching.
