How to use Conceive Plus Fertility Lubricant 8 x 4g Pre-Filled Applicators

Remove the applicator from the box. Do not use if the tamper-evident tab is broken. Twist off the tab and discard.
Gently insert the narrow end of the applicator deep into the vagina and squeeze the bulb end 2-3 times to release Conceive Plus into the vaginal cavity.
Remove while continuing to squeeze the bulb end and discard the applicator. This can be done up to 15 minutes before sexual activity for optimal lubrication. For additional moisture, use the multi-use tube or another applicator.
