Brilliant product which almost completely stops the itching and reduces the healing time significantly. Also avoids having to touch the sore in the horrible weepy stage as everything is hygienically contained by the patch. I usually get cold sores on my nose not my lips which is more awkward but the patches still work very well. My only suggestion - it would be useful if the pack contained different sizes as a larger patch would make it easier to cope with clusters of cold sores.

This product is amazing. I always keep a packet in the bathroom cabinet in case of a breakout. I find they reduce the pain and look less unsightly than the bare sores They are almost invisible under make-up. They prevent the spread and the scaring that I used to get when scabs got knocked or showered off.

For those who has a problem herpes compede is very good product.
