Blink Contacts Soothing Eye Drops 10ml

Products where initially ordered on 10/3 total was in excess of threshold for free delivery! About a week after placing my order I got an email to say the eye drops were out of stock . Order arrived eventually on 23/4 almost 2 weeks later and 2 of the 4 out of stock eye drops arrived. After looking at the email I noticed I had been charged for delivery as obviously the reduced order then brought the order to under the threshold for free delivery?!?!? Since this was not my fault I sent an email to query why I was being charged for postage? Received an email back from Jodie saying it would be refunded shortly that was 24/3. By 31/3 still not had the refund so sent another email received reply from Ben saying he would look into it! Didn't hear back so sent another email and got reply from Shaz saying the refund was processed on 31/3 but to give till 13/4 to hit my account! Slowest refund process ever! Surprise Surprise still no refund by 14/4 so sent another email Ashleigh replied asking for Bank details to send a refund direct to bank told would be around 4 hours ! Guess what it's still not been done ! I know it's only £3.99 but it's the principle and I would never order from this company again .
