BioXtra Dry Mouth Gel Mouthspray 50ml

I have hypothyroidism (under active thyroid) and use inhalers for asthma so to say I have a dry mouth is an understatement. It does affect my confidence as there is no saliva to help speak words. I try and stay hydrated and no caffeine but I do smoke about 3 a day (I had a dry mouth even when I stopped for a year) This spray works a little to moisten my tongue, the gel like feel makes my mouth sticky and I want to gargle. I used it about 4 times within 2 hrs because you want the relief so much but it may get to a point when I think it's not doing enough and stop using it
