Beurer Flexi Joint Heat Pad/Belt HK55

Product is not suitable for the advertised use on neck/back of head which is why I ordered it. On the advert it looks as though it fits snugly when in fact it was way too big and no use at all. I sadly returned it the same day for a refund. Despite the product not being suitable the service from Pharmacy2u was first rate.
