Set up your account
Register online or through our app to create an account. We’ll match your details with the NHS and let you know if we need any additional details.
Select your medicine
Once you’re registered, just log in and start your prescription request. Search for the medicine you need, choosing the strength and application your GP has prescribed.
We confirm with your GP
We’ll get in touch with your GP to review and approve your request. They’ll then send your prescription to us electronically ready to dispense.
Our pharmacist reviews
Our clinical team will check the prescription and speak to your GP if they need to confirm anything.
We prepare and dispatch
Our expert logistics team packs your items ready for delivery.
Royal Mail delivers
All prescriptions are sent using Royal Mail’s Tracked service, with 60% of orders suitable for letterbox delivery if you’ve chosen this preference in your account.
Need a nudge?
With our handy reminders when it’s time to request your medicine again, you don’t need to worry about running out. We’ll prompt you to re-order in plenty of time for your GP to approve your request and our teams to process and dispatch it.
Want to order ahead of time? No problem! We’ll just need you to select a reason for your early request so we can share this with your GP.
