It’s simple to get started and only takes a few minutes
Set up your account
Register online or through our app to create an account. We’ll confirm your details with the NHS and let you know if we need any more information.
Choose your medicine
Once you’re registered, you can log in and start your prescription request. Search for your medicine and choose the strength and application your GP has prescribed.
We confirm with your GP
We’ll get in touch with your GP who will review and approve your request. They’ll then send us your prescription electronically for us to dispense.
Our pharmacist reviews
Our clinical team will check the prescription and speak to your GP if further details are required.
We prepare and dispatch
Once dispensed, our logistics team will pack your items ready for a secure delivery.
Royal Mail delivers your prescription
All our items are delivered using Royal Mail’s Tracked service, with 60% of orders suitable for letterbox delivery if you’ve chosen this preference in your account.
Need a nudge?
With our handy reminders, you don’t need to worry about running out of your medicine. We’ll prompt you to re-order in plenty of time for your GP to approve your request and our teams to process and dispatch it.
