What is Equine America Dermagel Ointment 100ml?

Equine America Dermagel Ointment 100ml is a wound care ointment that maintains a moist wound environment to prevent scab formation. This allows epithelial cells to migrate across the wound and multiply, enhancing healing and increasing the wound contraction rate.

It encourages wounds to heal from the sides as well as the bottom, and the production of new epithelial cells helps to minimise scarring and avoid hair discoloration. It does not harm the wound, and helps to decrease pain, lower inflammation and speed up the healing process.
