Hezkue® can stay effective for about 4 to 5 hours. Just like regular sildenafil tablets, you can expect the effects of Hezkue® Sildenafil Suspension to last around that same time. This can make it easier for you to get and maintain an erection when you’re feeling aroused. But keep in mind, sildenafil doesn't create an erection on its own, you still need that spark of interest. While the active ingredient stays in your system for a few hours, its effectiveness does taper off a bit after the first few hours.

Using Hezkue® is easy and flexible, allowing you to get the right dose.

For oral use:

Instructions for preparation of Hezkue oromucosal suspension before and after use.

1. This medicinal product requires preparation before use.

2. The bottle must be shaken, the lid replaced with the pump and nozzle and turned on.

3. Before each use, 3 pumps are required to activate the product and this material should be discarded.

4. Open your mouth and put the bottle next to your chin. Press the dosage pump as many times as required, according to the dose prescribed by your doctor. Apply the suspension onto the tongue and swallow the suspension immediately with saliva

5. After use the pump must be removed and replaced with the lid. The pump part should be washed with water and dried.

For example:

• 1 pump = 12.5 mg

• 2 pumps = 25 mg

• 4 pumps = 50 mg

• 8 pumps = 100mg

This flexible dosing format makes starting low easy and adjusting gradually if needed.

It's best to stick with just one form of Sildenafil at a time. While it might be tempting to try both the spray and the tablets, mixing them can increase the chances of experiencing side effects like headaches, low blood pressure, or dizziness. • A 30 mL bottle at 25 mg/mL = At least 20 doses

• A 30 mL bottle at 50 mg/mL = At least 10 doses

• A 30mL bottle at 100mg/mL = At least 5 doses

 Important:

• Do not exceed 100 mg in 24 hours.

• Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions on how much and how often to take.
