The active ingredient is Avanafil. Each tablet contains: 200mg of Avanafil.
The other ingredients are: Mannitol, Fumaric Acid, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Low Substituted Hydroxypropylcellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Stearate and Ferric Oxide Yellow (E172).

The recommended dose is 100mg tablet or as directed by your GP. You should not take Spedra more than once a day. It is recommended you have an interval of at least 2 days between each dose. You should take Spedra about 30 minutes before you have sexual intercourse. Remember Spedra will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not take Spedra if you are taking any medicines for chest pain (Angina), take any medication for HIV or AIDS, take any medication for fungal infections such as Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, if you have a serious cardiac problem, if you have had a stroke or heart attack in the last 6 months, if you have an irregular heart beat or heart problems which run in the family, if you have a serious liver or kidney problem, have loss of vision in one eye or serious eye problems run in your family.
Spedra should not be taken by women. Not to be taken by children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Grapefruit juice should be avoided within 24 hours prior to taking Spedra. Drinking alcohol at the same time as taking Spedra may increase your heart rate and lower your blood pressure.
