Pharmacy2U takes on Tough Mudder

More than 30 Pharmacy2U colleagues from a range of departments took part in the world’s best mud run and obstacle run on Saturday 27th July in Leeds.

The team powered through a variety of obstacles and in the process conquered many fears. There were high wall climbs that required team work to complete, extremely muddy trenches and electric shocks stood between them and the finish line.

The team took on this challenge to support Pharmacy2U’s charity partners – Leeds Baby Bank, Teenage Cancer Trust, Air Ambulances UK and Candlelighters, raising funds to be donated to help in each of their missions.

A big thank you to everyone who donated and supported Pharmacy2U and our charity partners, the team collectively raised £2,580 which was then matched by Pharmacy2U bringing the total donation to £5,160 which will be split equally between the charities.

There is still some time to contribute to the fundraiser, please donate if you are able via the Pharmacy2U Just Giving page here: https://bit.ly/3W1MnUl
