We’re proud to share that Pharmacy2U has been officially accredited for the second consecutive year as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Healthcare™ 2025 by Great Place To Work® UK.

Our inclusion on this prestigious list is driven entirely by the voices of our colleagues through the annual Trust Index™ engagement survey, which measures how people across Pharmacy2U feel about the culture we've built together. This recognition reflects the supportive, empowering, and inclusive environment our teams experience every day.

As part of the accreditation process, Great Place To Work® UK analysed employee responses across key areas, including work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, psychological safety, financial security, job satisfaction, and consistency of experience across roles and departments.

Sector-wide analysis revealed:

  • 82% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces in Healthcare™ would strongly endorse their company as a great place to work (vs. 58% at a typical organisation in the sector)

  • 82% want to stay with their organisation for a long time (vs. 59%)

  • 79% feel encouraged to balance their work and personal lives (vs. 56%)
