Pharmacy2U Achieves Queerify LGBTQ+ Safe Space Certification

We’re proud to announce that Pharmacy2U has officially been certified as a Queerify LGBTQ+ Safe Space, recognising our commitment to creating an environment where LGBTQ+ colleagues, customers, and partners feel welcomed, respected, and supported.

The Queerify LGBTQ+ Safe Space programme is designed for customer-facing organisations across the UK, helping them demonstrate that they take LGBTQ+ inclusion seriously. Certification reassures employees and customers alike that the organisation is actively working to create a safer, more equitable experience for everyone.

Businesses that achieve this accreditation are granted the Safe Space logo, which can be displayed across workplaces, websites, and social channels—signalling to the public that they are entering a genuinely inclusive space.

At Pharmacy2U, creating an inclusive culture isn’t a tick-box exercise—it’s a core part of who we are. To achieve our Queerify certification, we undertook a number of initiatives designed to strengthen awareness, understanding, and allyship across the organisation.

Over recent months, we delivered three dedicated LGBTQ+ inclusion workshops for colleagues, providing practical guidance, open conversation, and opportunities to reflect on how we can better support our LGBTQ+ community. We also conducted a company-wide diversity and inclusion questionnaire, giving colleagues the space to share honest insights about their experiences and what they would like to see next.

These steps have helped us deepen understanding, shape meaningful actions, and ensure that everyone at Pharmacy2U feels seen, respected, and safe to be themselves.
