Pharmacy2U launches new same-day medical letter service

Pharmacy2U has launched a new same-day medical letter service, offering patients 24/7 access to time sensitive documentation such as fit-to-fly certificates; just in time for the winter holiday season. 

Pharmacy2U’s new offering, which covers a wide range of use cases, including medical absence and recovery letters, as well as fit-to-fly certificates, asks patients to complete a short questionnaire and upload a 30 second video of their symptoms. The information is reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor, who will then issue an appropriate letter, certificate or referral the same day, by text and by email.  

Patients can now get faster access to:  

  • Sickness letters (e.g. work and university sickness, injury confirmation, and event cancellation letters and certificates)  

  • Travel and holiday letters (e.g. fit-to-fly, holiday cancellation, and visa medical certificates)   

  • General referrals (e.g. GP referral letters, and allergy certificates)   

  • Recovery certificates (e.g. chickenpox recovery, fit-to-fly, and fit-to-work certificates)  

Pharmacy2U has partnered with ZoomDoc to develop the new hassle-free service, available to customers 24/7 all 365 days of the year, with prices starting from £35.
