Most Innovative UK Retailer Highly Commended at the RTIH Innovation Awards

Pharmacy2U is proud to announce it has triumphed at the 2025 RTIH (Retail Technology Innovation Hub) Innovation Awards, picking up Highly Commended in conjunction with partner Commerce for the Most Innovative UK Retailer. The award celebrates the UK-based retailer who has delivered the most consistently forward-thinking and customer-centric advancements over the previous 12 months, whether it’s through tech deployments, pilots, initiatives, or any other innovation. 

Pharmacy2U attended the awards ceremony at The Honourable Artillery Company in Central London on Thursday 16th October 2025. Members of our marketing and tech teams were in attendance, all of whom played an integral role in helping develop the world’s first integrated, personalised healthcare platform and app under one brand.
