The usual dose is two sprays into each nostril once a day for adults (including the elderly) and children over the age of 12 years. Once your symptoms are under control, your doctor may advise you to only spray once into each nostril once a day.
Children aged 6 to 11 years: The usual dose is one spray into each nostril once daily.

Talk to your doctor before taking if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breast feeding. Take special care if you have ever had Tuberculosis, if you have eye infection, if you have cystic fibrosis or any other type of infection.
