Versace Blue Jeans EDT Spray 75ml

Absolutely poor service. My parcel was supposed to have been delivered but it wasn't. I explained my house is secure with high fences and locked gates as i have 3 rottweilers so it couldn't have been delivered to me. They contacted royal mail who just have a map of a location but couldn't provide where it was. Also the proof of delivery photo was just of the label on the parcel and doesn't actually show where they left the parcel or whom with. Im fuming as I spent around £200 on medication and perfumes for presents. And just because there was a screenshot of location on a map they won't help me. Very disgusting of how people can be treated these days
