Not good company to buy things from, not very helpful if you have a query. This toothbrush is rubbish, has no indicator showing when it’s charged, pretty awful ! Cannot send back as I have opened the box, so rubbish product, I wish I had purchased in boots instead.

Works well,but no indication when battery is low,or has charged ok.

Evri received my order on 7th july. 7.25am on 9th July they said it was delayed and would be delivered the next working day and update me. I have not heard anything from them since. Assume a working day for a courier service includes saturdays? If I do not receive my order by Tuesday I would like a full refund, including the £2.99 express delivery fee!!
