These Tablets really do work... When I take them... It usually take about 1 & half to 2 hours to Kick-In, I Normally take mine between 9-30/10-00.....and go Bed 11-00/11-30... I roughly Start Yawning between these times and once you do..... Go to Bed.. Because you can go passed the Tiredness and it will wear-off... : -)
